Pentecostal-Charismatic Christianity in the Nordic region has not previously been systematically addressed. The title is the first volume to bring together case studies from this region.

Most studies of Nordic Pentecostalism are written in Nordic languages - the title brings together Nordic scholars and makes their research available to English-speaking readers.
Contributes to research on the spread and developments of global Pentecostal-Charismatic Christianity by addressing a region where this form of Christianity, despite its long presence, has not become as influential as in the "global south". In this way, the anthology nuances the picture of this form of Christianity as a global success story.

Jessica Moberg is a senior lecturer in the study of religions at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden. Jane Skjoldli is a lecturer in the study of religions at the University of Bergen, Norway.
