Morning Star Elementary Virtual Book Fair

Morning Star Elementary Virtual Book Fair
Hosted by librarian Renee Jesness and Country Bookshelf
Book Fair Dates: Wednesday, June 3rd – Friday, June 12th, 2020

Below are the details on how to participate in Morning Star’s first virtual book fair. Please read through prior to shopping. Then click on any of the categories listed to get great new books and support your school library. Books and gifts not on these lists can also be added to your book fair purchase -- anything that we have in stock or that is readily available through our website is eligible. You can also check out our Kids/YA Menu for more recommendations from our booksellers. Happy reading!

Country Bookshelf, your local bookstore, is excited to support Morning Star Elementary and help students and families pick great summer reading with this virtual book fair. We know an online book fair doesn't replace an in-school book fair, but we hope our program helps a bit! We have worked to offer a curated selection of books that children of all ages will enjoy and parents will appreciate. Follow the links below for our picks or search our website for thousands of options for all ages!

Picture Books | Leveled Readers | Early Chapter Books | Middle-Grade Chapter Books | Graphic Novels (all ages) | Kids Non-Fiction | Activity & Educational Books | Graduation Gifts & Teacher Appreciation

Full Program Details - please read prior to ordering:

Most Important: Please write “Morning Star” in the comment box at the end of the checkout process to link your order to this book fair and get credit for your school library. Without it, your purchase will not be attributed to the book fair.

Accounts: If you do not already have an account at countrybookshelf.com, you will have to create an account to place an order. You may put books in your WISH LIST and return at any time to add books to your cart and complete your purchase, but orders must be completed during the book fair dates (June 3-12, 2020) to apply. Book fair purchases do not qualify for Frequent Shopper points.

Teachers: Create/Login to your account first and then create a wishlist here and share it with your class so folks know what your classroom needs.

Families: You can buy books for your favorite teachers’ classrooms by buying books from their wishlists and leaving a comment in the comment box at the end of checkout that you would like to donate those books to that teacher. Country Bookshelf will deliver donated books directly to the school. Search for wishlists by name here.

Online Only: This book fair is online only. Purchases must be made through our website and include “Morning Star” in the comments. The website accepts credit cards and PayPal. Phone, email, or in-person purchases do not apply.

Pick Up or Shipping Only: Books may be ordered by anyone, including non-student families, friends, and relatives. At checkout, select “Pick Up” under shipping options for easy pick up at Country Bookshelf in downtown Bozeman. Out of area friends and relatives can select from Media Mail or Priority shipping options. Delivery is not available for book fair orders. Most books will be ready for pick up the week of June 15th, although some titles may take an additional week or so.

Availability of Books: Some books that appear to be available may not be. Covid-19 related supply chain issues are expected. Any orders for books that are not readily available will be canceled – no back-ordered books or pre-ordered titles will be included. Country Bookshelf will notify and work with customers if a purchased title is unavailable.

Donation to Morning Star: 20% of all sales through this book fair will be donated to the Morning Star School library fund towards the purchase of more books for the library. Hooray for books!

Give More Books: Check out our Books 4 Kids initiative to donate to kids in need, and add a donation to your purchase.

Thank you for reading - enjoy!

Happy Book Fair Week to Morning Star Elementary!
